Intern Xperience Company Internship Programme
Intern Xperience manages real company internship programmes for students whose goal is to improve their Spanish level, deepen their training, and move closer to future employment opportunities within international companies.
From our base in Málaga, we manage all documentation and selection processes until the student is guaranteed a placement in a company that matches their experience and studies. In addition, our team ensures continuous supervision and support throughout the student’s stay in Spain, offering a personalised approach. Being based in Andalusia, at the very location where the programme is delivered, allows us to guarantee ongoing assistance with professionalism and quality.

Types of Companies:
Intern Xperience provides candidates with access to Spanish companies from a wide range of sectors, selected to meet their educational and learning needs.
From the tourism sector to construction, including telecommunications and commercial companies.

Requirements:
- Participants are recommended to have an intermediate level of Spanish. The higher the language level, the greater the chances that Intern Xperience can offer a placement more closely aligned with the candidate’s studies. However, there are certain sectors and partner companies committed to inclusion where Intern Xperience may also offer vacancies to students with limited knowledge of the language.
Each student must have a signed agreement issued by their training institution, lycée, vocational school, university or public body in their country of origin that has granted them a scholarship.
Travel insurance and medical insurance are always mandatory. Please contact us if you wish to arrange them through Interns Xperience.
Documentation:
Each candidate must submit a complete CV along with a short cover letter written in Spanish.
To ensure the placement process is carried out correctly, InternX perience must receive all documentation at least 12 weeks prior to the arrival date of the group or individual participant.
Additional information—such as flight arrival and departure details, any food allergies, and an emergency contact number—will be requested by the Intern Xperience team in order to properly coordinate all contracted services.
Age:
The company internship programme is available for participants aged 16 and over. However, Intern Xperience also works and collaborates with Erasmus Projects through which groups under the age of 16 travel to Spain to gain their first contact with local companies. In these cases, we offer specialised programmes specifically designed for minors.
When:
The company internship programme is available throughout the year.
Programme Duration in Companies:
The recommended minimum duration of the programme is 4 weeks, with a maximum stay of 6 months.
However, for groups with a shorter stay, we also coordinate special company visit programmes.
Working Hours:
It is understood that, depending on the sector in which the student will carry out their internship, working hours may vary according to the company’s operations and client profile.
The company and the student will agree on the working hours that best suit both parties. In most cases, Intern Xperience can take care of coordinating these schedules with company tutors prior to the candidates’ arrival in Spain, so that they are clearly reflected in their contracts.
Certificates:
Once the internship period has been completed, participants receive a certificate of participation issued by Intern Xperience, confirming their placement in a company abroad.
In addition, following a successful experience, the tutor at the assigned company may, upon request, provide a personalised recommendation or reference letter.
Intern Xperience also ensures that all official contracts and certificates required by institutions are properly completed and signed by the companies and tutors involved.

At Intern Xperience, we are fully aware that working for the first time in a cultural environment different from one’s own is not an easy task.
For this reason, our services include the organisation of transportation, accommodation bookings, coordination of activities and excursions, and—something we always strongly recommend for students with a limited language level—the preparation of language courses tailored to each candidate’s knowledge and needs, so they can communicate confidently with their new colleagues in the workplace.
